About Denise

denise-gallagherDenise has spent more than twelve years coaching adults with ADD, and some without. Using all of the coaching tools at her disposal, she is committed to assisting clients to achieve the outcomes THEY desire. In her coaching experience, she has found that ADD can actually be an asset when the weaknesses that often come with it are managed effectively, and the strengths are leveraged. She believes that clients always have more potential to develop and that they can be more, do more, and have more than they ever thought possible. Her coaching is aimed at “bringing out the best” in every client.

Denise holds a credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF), the worldwide professional association for coaches. She is certified as a co-active coach by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), which is accredited by the ICF. She is also certified by the Quantum Success Coaching Academy (QSCA). The hours she earned at the QSCA are recognized for continuing education by the ICF. She is fully qualified as a life coach. In addition, she has completed specialized courses in ADD/ADHD coaching.

Professional memberships include the International Coach Federation (ICF), the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO), Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADDA), and Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder (CHADD). She served for three years as the program chairperson for the Northern Virginia Chapter of CHADD and facilitated adult and parent support groups for that organization.
